Check and optimize the following three steps:
•Thoroughly rinse the thawed cryovial with recovery medium three times to ensure more cells are recovered.
•According to the TPCS hepatocyte revival guide, recommended centrifugation conditions are 100g for 3 minutes for rat cells, 100g for 5 minutes for dog cells, and 100g for 8 minutes for human and monkey cells. Also, refer to specific guidelines provided by the recovery medium supplier.
•After centrifugation, carefully avoid disturbing the cell pellet while aspirating the supernatant.
