Cell adhesion is a common phenomenon when thawing beagle hepatocytes and typically indicates good cell membrane integrity. Mild adhesions can be mitigated by gently pipetting or softly shaking the cell suspension to help disperse the cells, reducing the adhesion condition. This step does not affect cell functionality and cell adhesion properties.
